Welcome to my website. Thank you so much for swinging by.
I'm a musician to the bone. Since I was 16, I've been working as a professional with little formal education except for hugs and love from my parents. I don't know what I do the most, but I guess it's a 50/50 mix of being on the road gigging, and creating music in my studio. I enjoy playing to 30,000 people in open air shows as much as I enjoy mic’ing up a drumkit in the recording room.
Speaking of the studio, I'm the lucky co-owner of the Medley Studios in Copenhagen, a 400 square meter recording environment housing 3 control rooms, lots of gear and recording space. You can have a look at it here: www.medleystudios.dk
I grew up with the 70's classic rock as my main influence, but because I was a teenager in the 80's, I couldn' t miss diggin' the many synthpop bands as well. Then grunge changed everything for me in the 90's because of the mix of classic rock and pop songs. Today I'm still soaking up new music everyday from the radio, TV and live shows. I see myself as an open-minded musician/producer/songwriter with ears for many kinds of music. I listen to everything from thrash metal to Icelandic experimental ambience, but till I die, my heart belongs to classic rock!
I've been touring as a guitar player for over 30 years now, and I'm so thankful because of that. I’ve played huge clubs, small cafés, open air festivals and TV shows all around the world. I do a lot of international clinics for different gear companies as well, because they recognize I care a lot about sound. With all this traveling, I've been lucky to play with some very cool cats. See the credit list for my resume.
Songwriting is also a big part of what I do. I mainly write songs for my own recordings, but I also write for other artists. Check out my solo stuff if you wanna hear what I'm doing.
Enjoy my website and again, thank you so much for taking your time to check me out. See you out there...
